Cheddar Rosemary Sweet Potatoes with an Oatmeal Crumble

I see magazine covers in the grocery store and I want to make the food on every single one.
And now Bon Appetit has a Thanksgiving App which I haven’t downloaded yet, because I know as soon as I do I will spend an entire afternoon devouring it page by page.
Thanksgiving for me is a day of side dishes. Cheesy casseroles, cheesier mac n’ cheese, that purple thing your grandma always brings and cornbread stuffing. I never eat the stuffing. Is that a Thanksgiving sin? I just don’t really care for it. Maybe I should work on a cornbread stuffing recipe that I like. You would take a loaf of cornbread and…eat it. Better than stuffing and half the work. If you’re a stuffing lover, don’t hate me.
