Indecisive Pizza
So the blog has been SO dramatic the last few days.
I’m still not entirely sure if it’s fixed, so it might bum out on us again. I’m hoping it won’t, but i’m telling you…it’s bringing all the drama so it will probably disappear into bloggerspace again at some point.
I think that because sometimes on here I talk in a dramatic way that the blog assumed it was supposed to totally crash and lead to more drama. That is totally not what I wanted.
As the blog crashed, it ate my cloud pancakes post that I posted Monday. I guess the blog thought cloud pancakes looked delish. And I think cloud pancakes are delish. So I’ll be re-posting that recipe Sunday (I think). And I’ll have more posts coming for you Friday and Saturday (assuming the blog doesn’t get temperamental again). I would say the blog is going through it’s terrible twos, but it’s older than two…so that can’t be it.
Realizations I’ve had in the last three days while the blog has been broken = I so miss blogging when I’m not.
It’s therapeutic for me to sit down mid-day and have a slightly ridiculous conversation with you. So for that, thank you. You are the very best for serving as my own personal therapist. I will pay you in the world’s most epic giveaway coming up next week. At least, I think it’s epic. AND I imagine you will too if you like the food I like. More to come soon. I’M EXCITED TO SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On to pizzzahhhh.
This idea came to me when Andrew and I were over at a friend’s house for a dinner double date. The dinner plans for the evening were homemade pizzas and there were a bajillion toppings and I couldn’t decide (per usual), so I went for 2 different pizza flavors on one crust. Then I was like, why stop there? Let’s go for 4 pizzas on one crust.
So here we are.
And here is a good place to be (unless the blog is broken. I’m bitter. Clearly.)
So the pizza flavors I smooshed into one pizza were 1) pineapple-bacon, 2) classic pepperoni, 3) margherita and 4) mediterranean. You could add your favorite pizza toppings, except don’t add those styrofoam style mushrooms, because unless it’s a risotto, I hate mushrooms. But other than mushrooms, all toppings are fair game.
