You can’t immediately change any negative thoughts you are having, but you can make room for new thoughts. Or begin to have curiosity about why those hateful & hurtful thoughts are there.

Can I just say how much I am loving these posts? The mix of body positivity and then all these interesting recipes is just fab don’t get me wrong I love your other posts to!)! The wholewheat banana waffles you posted a couple of months ago have become a breakfast staple in my house!! Keep up the inspirational work!
