4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars

Hi friends.

I’m in the need of some self-care at the moment, so I’m just popping in with this recipe and then I’m getting away from the computer for the long weekend :)

I made these peanut butter bars this week and have been eating them for snacks and breakfast.  For breakfast, in a cup I’ll put a layer of these peanut butter bars and add chia seed pudding on top.  It’s fabulous.  Perhaps you’ll try it.

The bestest part is that you can press these into any shape.  Doesn’t that sound like a good time?! In honor of September, you should use a gingerbread man cookie cutter.  Tis the season.

  1. These look awesome! Do you think ground flaxseed or flaxseed and chia + vanilla extract would be a good substitute for the protein powder? I know the flaxseed will be a little gritty, but it should help bind the bars. Thank you!
