Joyful Eating Program
Hey guys. I wanted to spend today mentioning that the Joyful Eating Program run by 3 of my favorite non-diet dietitians (Anne, Alex, and Rachael) is starting up again in October. If you are interested in learning more about a non-diet mentality, I highly recommend looking into this program.

They have recently upgraded their program to include: 1) in-depth, actionable worksheets 2) an emphasis on emotional eating and 3) three Facebook LIVE Q&A video calls.
I’ve gotten to meet all of these ladies in real life and have a call with them every month to chat about blogging/intuitive eating/RD things…so I’ve gotten to know them well. They have worked to put together an incredible intuitive eating course that I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with their relationship with food and their body.
