Collecting Positive Food & Body Experiences

It is worth noting that when you start changing your behaviors around food and body, the changes you are making to stop disordered behaviors may not seem positive.  They may feel really wrong since you / outside influences have spent years training you into harmful disordered behaviors with food, exercise, and self talk about body size.

It’s important to remember that engaging in positive food and body behaviors (like the one’s listed above) are victories worth celebrating and will take you to a mindset that allows you to live a more fulfilling life.

So.  Keep collecting those positive experiences.

  1. Thank you, Kylie, for providing such a powerful visualization. I am going to try and praise myself for every win and “marble” I place in my jar no matter how insignificant it might seem. Marbles = growing confidence in our positive behavior choices!  Another addition to my toolbox.

    Thank you!

  2. I love your posts and this is just nitpicky, but the ads show up at the bottom of your pics and it makes it hard to see the whole thing. When I try to close the ad, it only redirects me to that product. This is while on my phone. Not sure about the desktop. Just an FYI. Thanks for your help I’ll posts. Keep them coming!
