The only thing restriction helps you do is feel more neurotic around food and/or binge better.

This is great! Ever since I’ve begun my recovery journey (4 years and counting and I still have so much work to do), I’ve found it difficult to be around friends and family who talk about different eating styles/weight loss approaches.
I’ve never commented before, but I thought I would today because I wanted to let you know that these posts got me really interested in trying out watercolour painting…and I finally did today! It was inexpensive to buy some cheap materials, and an hour flew by without me noticing :) Thank you for all your work on this blog — it has made the biggest difference in my life these past few months!

Everyone's definition of "healthy eating" is different. To me, I just focus on being a normal eater. Someone who eats everything and has no food rules.
