The best no-bake monster oat balls.

By popular demand…my favorite no-bake oat ball recipe!

I’ve mentioned these oat balls from Bless This Mess a million times on Instagram and here on the blog.  My favorite are her monster oat balls, but I make them slightly different and always double the recipe.  I’ve had many requests on Instagram to share the exact recipe I make, so here it is.

These no-bake oat balls make for a great snack or a fast breakfast.  I love them because they always taste good to me.  I can get tired of a lot of snacks, but these are a solid go-to for me. Enjoy!

No-bake monster oat balls

Yield: makes 20ish oat balls

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup + 1 heaping tbsp honey
1/2 cup + 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup m&ms
1/4 teaspoon salt

optional add-in: heaping tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.  I usually use my hands. Then roll "dough" into 20ish balls.  Ideally let them chill in the fridge an hour before eating. Store them in the fridge!

recipe slightly adapted from these. If they oat balls seem dry, just add more peanut butter and/or honey until they aren't anymore.
