So about the book.

It’s ONE healthy cookie dough recipe with TWENTY-FOUR breakfast or dessert recipes to make with it.

Can you just eat the cookie dough raw and forget about the 24 other recipes? Yes.  But I’m hoping you’ll wanna try some of these recipes too…

All the recipes use oat flour (one of my favorite ingredients), so that means 92% of all the recipes are gluten free for any of you gluten avoiders.  The only gluten containing recipes are the s’more (pg. 20) & the pie in a jar (pg. 48) because of the graham cracker (which you could easily sub for a gluten-free version).

  5. I purchased the cookie dough book but I am disappointed by the cookie dough recipe. I don’t think the flavor resembles cookie dough. It is made with peanut butter so all I taste is peanut butter. I know that is not a bad thing but I was expecting a cookie dough flavor since that is the name of the book. I am going to try it with almond butter to see if it is better.
