Banana Berry Overnight Oats Smoothie

Sometimes, during summer, it’s so hot outside that you can’t imagine eating a hot breakfast.

Actually, it’s so hot that you can’t even imagine putting on pants.

For the days you can’t put on pants…I made this smoothie.

That way, you can have your oatmeal even on the very most freaking hot days.

Banana Berry Overnight Oats Smoothie

serves 1

[inspired by dough boy]

1/3 heaping cup oats (gf, if needed)

3/4 cup almond milk, sweetened

1 honey flavored greek yogurt (6 oz container)

1/4 cup blueberries

1 large frozen banana

3 frozen strawberries

Toppings: 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds & 1 Tbsp shredded coconut

Place the first 4 ingredients into a jar.  Stir until the yogurt is smooth.  Cover the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.  In the morning, pour the ingredients within the jar into a blender and add in frozen banana and strawberries.  Blend until smooth!

Top with anything! I topped mine with raw sunflower seeds and unsweetened shredded coconut.
