No-Bake Trail Mix Doughnuts

Trail mix.  It’s not just for picking all the chocolate chips out of anymore.

Now it’s for making doughnuts.  Specifically, no-bake, coconutty doughnuts coated in a layer of dark chocolate.  And they have oatmeal, you know, the best grain.  The thing I put in like pretty much everything I make.

As soon as I convince Andrew that we need a dog, I would name him Oatmeal.  And I could just make my entire life oatmeal-themed.  Like I’d buy this couch…in oatmeal.  Sounds like a happy home to me.  Happy wife, happy life.  Right?  I assure you I’d be quite the happy wife if my life was oatmeal-centered.  I’ll work on that.
