i was on a podcast.

cookie crumble crust…with any cookie.  Oh the options!

there’s a food entrepreneur summit that is coming up that looks neat-o.

tofu + miso + eggs.  OKAY.

i don’t think I’ve ever had passionfruit.

hummus in bagel form.  

layered ice cream pops.

mexican casseroles are my favorite casseroles.

YESSSSSS a million times to sourdough french toast.

i’m 99% sure coffee would taste better coming out of this because it’s so pretty.

banana bread carrot cake muffins.

an easy bowl meal.

i want a tropical fruit manicure.  don’t care how.  i want it now.

I really appreciated your personal story regarding food, as well as your insight that showed the world an eating disorder doesn’t always have one “standard look.”  I work at a community hospital and the majority of patients I work with are outpatient and obese.  I say many of them have some form of eating disorder that are provides a barrier to them losing weight.  Shifting to a non-diet focus has proven successful for so many individuals I work with I could not be more supportive of your message :)  Thanks for sharing your story!

As someone who has struggled with anorexia for 17 years I resonated with much of what you said. You have a great voice for radio and came across as very poised and knowledgeable. Bravo! :-)
