My posting schedule went out the window this week.  I usually post this type of round-up post on Wednesday.  UGH my head…not sure where it is.

Yesterday, I got in my car a bit before 7 to head to work.  My commute on Wednesday is like 30 minutes, so I made an iced latte to take with me.  And then I proceeded to spill the coffee all over my car and myself.  Now my car smells like a latte…i don’t hate it!

I have a Yeti, but I don’t love the size of it.  BUT i’m in love with the look of JOCO Cups and will probably be getting one so I don’t spill my latte all over me again.

  1. Kylie- I listen to “Nutrition Matters” all the time on my commute home from work and I was excited to hear what you had to say about your journey. When you talked about how sometimes, overeating happens and it adds to the positive experience of eating out, enjoying a trip, etc, that really hit home for me. I never really thought about food in that way. Thanks as always for your refreshing perspective and open minded POV when it comes to all things food and nutrition. :)
