Avocado Christmas Tree

Ingredients:

avocado slices
star shape cut out of cheese
pomegranate arils 
slaw of choice
toasted pecans
parmesan
herbs de provence
toast

Directions:

Pile/place sliced avocados into a christmas tree shape.  Add a piece of bread for your tree trunk.  Add a star made of cheese + pomegranate arils for ornaments.  Serve with a variety of other toppings! Let your mind get creative!
