Can you substitute regular flour? What about applesauce for the banana?
Have made these twice and love them! Would these freeze well cooked or uncooked?

Thanks for sharing this recipe! The taste is delicious, but when I made them today, the dough was really sticky so it was hard to make a nice roll of it. Do you have any ideas how I could solve that?
