These blueberry muffin cookies were the first recipe I made post 7-day long stomach bug. They are a cakey cookie, but don’t mistake that for dry and disgusting. Instead, this is a dense and moist cake. Many of the Crumbl cookie recipe dupes have so many ingredients and steps that I end up exhausted just reading the recipe. However, I liked that these had a manageable ingredient list and came out fantastic. The next time I am craving blueberry muffins I will just whip up these, because this is how I want every bite of a muffin to taste. I followed this recipe nearly 100%, but I did chill my dough in the fridge prior to baking because it seemed like it needed it. 10/10 recommend!
