Thoughts at the end of February.

1. I’ve been mixing the Acai Berry Liquid IV with a Grapefruit La Croix and then filling the rest of my water bottle up with water. ON.REEEPEAT.

2. Loved this quick meditation. When doing it, I ended up getting a visual of the working version of me and the stay-at-home mom version of me holding hands. It brought such a whole and complete feeling, along with a strong visual image, that I ordered this temporary tattoo. And I got a seashell one for spring break fun, because why not?

3. Saturday night I do “spa night” with my big girls. I put on calm music, give them a foot/back massage, or sometimes I let them use my under eye gel patches or a face mask. It’s fun teaching them about relaxing and just getting to pamper them to the max. And it’s a huge relief that they like it enough to stay *still*.

4. I had a moment this week where I felt dramatic and like I was going to die if I didn’t get a burger or a chocolate something STAT! So, made these. They’re great.

5. Do you ever start your period early and are like, “phew. What a relief!! There’s a reason I was feeling so horrible and it wasn’t just how life is”? Because I do.

6. My MIL got me this book from Ruth Chou Simons for Christmas. I’ve been working my way through it and really like it.
