Thoughts at the end of March.

1. Still loving this Starbucks order: iced grande cup –> 2 shots blonde espresso –> oatmilk to the top –> 1 pump classic –> 1 pump white mocha.

2. Most nights getting the kids fed dinner is so rough. Some nights we’ve been having the girls eat at the island while Andrew and I stand at the ready in a defensive position to break up any fight/tend to spilled whatever-it-may-be/catch Leah from falling off the chair (she will *not* sit in a booster or high chair anymore)/etc. Our new home still feels unfamiliar, but it’s feeling more like home everyday. I can’t wait to start doing some projects to make is more “us.”

3. The other night I was drawing flowers with Jo and after looking at mine she said, “it needs to be fatter.” Her using the word “fat” as a neutral descriptor felt like a big mothering win for me.

4. Recently there was a spilled milk situation in my vehicle and it was very, very gross. Andrew enjoys detailing cars, so he finds himself cleaning my car a lot (it gets wrecked with the kids!). Sometimes he uses this new car smell and I love it. It smells like water in the best way.

5. I saw this and can’t stop laughing about it. Yep.
