Food we ate, Chapter 8.

Here’s what some of our dinners looked like this week!

This tasted so good to me. It was sugar snap peas, broccoli, chicken and cashews with teriyaki sauce and served over brown rice. Made for great leftovers too.

When I went to put up the cashews, one of the girls had turned them into cashew cheese lol…

One night I kept it simple and ordered us pizza. This was me doing a budget lol. I can easily spend fifty bucks on pizza, but went with Pizza Hut to keep it more budget friendly.

Another night I had leftover Pizza Hut breadsticks + eggs + tomatoes.

Salmon, roasted potatoes, caesar salad.

Leah is trying out more and more foods!

Tostados with pinto beans + cheese broiled on top. And a heaping pile of a pico de gallo-esque salsa.

When we need an easy dinner, lately we’ve been leaning on quesadillas.

Last night I was doneee, so Andrew cooked: pasta, a creamy chicken, and broccoli. And had a glass of Peju alongside this.

Hope you have a good week!
