Food we ate, Chapter 30.

First up, our dishwasher broke. Andrew is a mender of things, so he fixed it, but in the meantime we ate on paper plates for a bit. Rotisserie chicken, a lime-y avocado-tomato salad and roasted sweet potatoes.

The above also made for great leftovers at work.

I’m having a moment with omelets. One day I made a BLT omelet with arugula for the “L” part.

Another day I made a sour cream-onion chip omelet inspired by this one. Yum.

One day I texted Andrew where I was at:

So I ordered UberEats. My favorite mango thai salad from Mendocino Farms.

The big girls were with there grandma for a couple days, so last night Andrew and I went out with just Leah for Mexican food.

Margarita + guac + quesadillas (which I forgot to take a photo of bc the lady at the table next to us was freaking out because the Bus Boy only spoke Spanish, but she didn’t speak Spanish and she was being completely ridiculous).

I have one more client today and then I’m heading for a wonderful afternoon that includes a yoga class and then a massage before I scoop up Leah and Andrew gets home with the big girls after a stay with Pickles (grandma). Hope you have a nice weekend!

See you back here next week :)
