Next Thursday (July 27th), I’ll be partnering again with inspirdtoseek Mentor Series to host a seminar on how to empower your clients with a better outlook on their body image. A seminar, workbook and 2 CPEs are all included. I’ve done 2 previous Intuitive Eating seminars with them and you can now get access to the Seminar Replays + 1 CPE here. 5. I’m just curious…
In high school and college I always termed myself a morning person. Mainly because I think I viewed it “better” or “more productive” to be a morning person. But I’ve realized I work the best late at night and who cares about trying to be a morning person. Me trying to get computer work done in the morning is pointless…it never works. I’d say my most productive hours (when i feel my most creative) are from 9pm to 11pm…this is why a 9 to 5 style job would be really difficult for me. Are you a morning person or night person…or both?
